Sorry bruh..

I am no longer able to accept “Ask Randy” questions.

I’m not being a dickhead, it’s just that hundreds of questions were coming in per day and there is no way I can get to them all.

Please allow me to make it up to you by showing you this old picture of me from that time I went fishing at California’s Salton Sea.

      Dearest Randy,
I just found your channel and I’m lovin-it! I’m actually binge watching I just bought a Radtel 600 I’m hopeful I can program it with your instructions, can’t find anything on a RT600, probably because it’s the 007 version and yeah, well you know

After seeing the TEKMAT under many of the radios I wanted to know why no pistol videos, then remembered, oh yeah, this is YOUTUBE! Alas, I can’t ask questions here any more so, never mind….

I agree about Channel 19. That just makes sense. Channel 16 for Off Road and Marine makes sense too. I love your approach to these topics. Thank you!

I was wondering if you could recommend a pocket morse code tutor (MFJ wants way too much for theirs). However, since you’ve been inundated with questions, maybe some day you’ll see this.

I am a Ham and a GMRS user I feel that in the time we are in we need to teach our family member and friends how toget on the air and to keep in contact with each other, I am an exta and a VE to do the ham side testing, I have had my GMRS way before Ham, I have been trying to get the GMRS side into our line up where Igot short down. I am with you all the way in helping other and tell them GMRS should be your choice and getting your family through in using radios. your kids don’t want to test just to use the radio, More channels don’t mean anything when no one is on them.I am not a say ham because I know I have a long way to go. Keep up the good work I like watching you channel.

I am sorry I am too late to ‘Ask Randy’ but I would like to get 1 Part 95 legal GMRS radio that puts out an honest 9-10 watts. Everything I have found either fudges the numbers (6-7 watts) or isn’t quite legal. I can go the ‘dark’ route (and have) but I was hoping to find 1 legal one. Maybe a future video could rank current legal GMRS by output? Thanks for the great work – always enjoyable!

I recently purchased a Wouxun KG-935G and I am new to GMRS. I see in your video (…GMRS 101) that your KG-935G does not have the same antenna that was shipped with mine (a stock Wouxun high gain antenna). If the one that you have on your KG-935G is a better antenna than the one I have, I would be interested in what it is so that I might purchase one too. Thanks!

I know you’re not answering questions. But if you were, I’d ask you the following: Do you have any thoughts on the KG-S88G you care to share? Oh, and btw, thank you for the educational and entertaining videos.

I am curious how your GMRS repeater that you built is holding up and if you had to do it again, what would you have done different? Thoughts on different antennas for repeaters?

Why do folks keep asking questions when you clearly said: ” I am no longer able to accept “Ask Randy” questions ” ? Oh, nice fish.

Heh, if I were to ask a question it would be what 50 wat mobile gmrs you’d suggest for a blind user who needs the system to talk or have tactile diles and output? The Midland 575 looked interesting till I noticed that the mike just has beeps. Regardless, Got my license yesterday largely due to your videos and instructions. Thanks for all the work and laughs.

I enjoy your videos and have learned much from them. I can understand your reasoning for not answering questions, but you should probably take down the ” Ask me anything” link in your videos.

Well in the meantime can you snatch the unlock code for the wouxun kg 935g plus gmrs…makes no sense to have to buy two radios that do exactly the same thing…thanks
