Peggy (comment above) has had hers a long time and has used it a few times and has never had any issues.. From the comments and feedback I’ve read on Amazon and youtube, NOCO has a good warranty and great customer support and stand behind their products if anything goes wrong.

I’ve read the reviews on Amazon and there seems to be some negativity towards it. Doe anyone have first hand knowledge of it?
