Today The NotARubicon led a group of 11 Jeeps and trucks from Wrangler Forum and SCOR up Cleghorn near the Cajon Pass. But this time we did it backwards – no, not in reverse, backwards!
We started the day where we normally finish Cleghorn Trail, right next to Silverwood Lake. The original plan was to start at Silverwood/Highway 138, go up to The Chute, then turn around and come back. But because The NotARubicon likes to stop and take photos of everything it took longer than expected. After The Chute we stuck to the fire road and high-tailed it back to Interstate 15. It is after-all, Super Bowl Sunday and apparently everyone wanted to make it home in time for kickoff.
