On Sunday Jan 17 2016 The NotARubicon took a scenic drive from 29 Palms, through the Old Dale Mining District via Gold Crown Road, through Joshua Tree and Pinto Basin ending up in Coachella via Berdoo Canyon Road.
This was an easy drive on mostly flat dirt road but there were a few fun challenges along the way. Our group of about 25 Jeeps and other off road vehicles was a good mix of beginners and more seasoned 4×4’ers. As usual The NotARubicon had a great time and managed to get a few pictures and some video.
